Hope everyone had a fabulous July 4th!
If you are looking for furnished rentals here in the Houston Heights, near the Houston Downtown area, or in the Houston Innerloop, our homes are currently all occupied. However, our flexible terms means that could change at any moment. Please call or e-mail us with your Houston housing needs and we will do our best to try and accommodate you.
We have some places coming available in a few weeks. Once we have confirmation, we will post them right away. So please check back or contact us if you have upcoming furnished short or long term leasing needs in Houston.

I thought I'd better post a more up to date "what's happening" so visitors will know we are still alive and this is indeed the updated website. The furnished rentals listed are available, but that changes regularly due to our flexible terms. We welcome all inquiries, and will try our best to facilitate your housing needs, or try to recommned alternatives in either the Houston Heights or general Houston areas.
Thank you again to all current, past and upcoming renters. We are thrilled that we are getting repeat tenants! So nice to hear from everyone.

We've had a busy summer!!! I hope all who have come and gone and those still remaining have had a comfortable stay. Welcome to the new guests just moving in. I have missed much as I have been in Canada caring for my mother (thank you for all well wishes and prayers). Jesse has been left to hold down the fort and is doing an amazing job. He'll need a vacation when I get back.
A reminder, during these hot days, to check your filters in your a/c units, and rinse them. It will make them more effecient. You can always request Jesse to come over and do it for you. :)
Many thanks also to our son Axel (axertion) who assists with our internet and website services. Although, I confess, I was the culprit of the excess White Linen Nights e-mail notices that were sent out last week. Hope you all had a chance to enjoy the event.
